As the identity of the would-be champion start unveiling itself, we turned our attention to the guest-of-honour of the day, Mr Shamsul Maidin, the referee who did Singapore proud at the FIFA World Cup 2006 with stunning displays of the highest standards in officiating football matches. It was hoped his appearance will give a momentary thrust of fire into the players...upping their motivation. And sure it did...

Highlights from the Finals

As we promised, the final round of matches descended upon The Cage Indoor Football Stadium on a scorching afternoon of 26 August 2007. The fury and enthusiasm of the players have all reached breaking point, with all 8 teams still challenging for different honours.
